As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the treadmill's 0-12% incline range, and 0-12 MPH speed to exactly what you need, so every workout is hands-free and personalized to you. Add your own BluetoothⓇ-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse™. The SelectFlex™ cushioned deck allows you to adjust the cushioning between soft and firm to meet your preferences. The built-in fan will keep you cool and comfortable during your entire session. And you can plug your phone into the USB-C port to keep it charged no matter how long you're working out. When your workout is finished, the foldable treadmill easily compacts and rolls away to maximize your home space. iFIT Trainers are professional athletes, fitness experts, and more. Level up with intelligent heart rate training. ActivePulse uses your heart rate information to automatically adjust the workout speed incline and resistance to keep you in the right heart rate zone. Finally an intelligent system that removes the guesswork for accurate heart-rate-based training.
AI Coach (beta)
iFIT AI Coach works with you directly to help you build healthy habits and keep you accountable. Once you set your goal AI Coach will schedule workouts for you and you ll see them automatically on your machine (beta).
Tilting 10 Touchscreen
The tilting 10 touchscreen allows you to adjust the screen so you can always see your workout at the optimal viewing angle.
0-12 MPH
0-12 MPH means you can run up to a 5-minute mile pace right on your treadmill. Pick the speed that feels best or iFIT can control your speed automatically for a hands-free immersive experience.
